the countryside?

Then choose Cabriès! This typical Provence village built around its rocky outcrop is located ten minutes from the Arbois Méditerranée Environment Technology Park and the Aix-en-Provence Business Park, and is also nearby Aix-en-Provence’s cultural facilities thanks to the Aix region’s bus service.

Slightly further to the south, Vitrolles provides an interesting alternative. The hugely diverse housing stock is suited to whatever needs you may have, including social housing, collective housing and residential areas. There is no shortage of culture here either. The city has a broad range of cultural events, a media library that is open to everyone, an art-house cinema and a twelve-theater multiplex.

to live by the sea?

If you love the Mediterranean, Carry-le-Rouet or Sausset-les-Pins, two seaside resorts situated on the Côte Bleue, which are well served by roads and motorways, will be able to accommodate you in village houses, detached homes or seafront apartments.

Both towns are part of the Côte Bleue Marine Park and have a superb coastline, offering a series of beaches and inlets.

The Aix-en-Provence Business Park (known by its French acronym PAAP) and the Arbois Méditerranée Environment Technology Park are served by the RD 9, the motorways A7, A 51 and A8 and the public transport networks Aix en Bus and Cartreize.

The PAAP has recently launched an Inter-Company Travel Plan called MobiPôle. Car sharing is encouraged and is served by a single number and a dedicated website

What’s more, the transfer hub of the Aillane plan combines a park-and-ride and a bus station. It provides connections to the centre of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and to the TGV station in Aix-en-Provence.
